Giving Money to Save Money – Tax Smart Charitable Giving
Join BCGL Estate, Trust and Elder Law attorneys Jeffrey C. Goss
and Dana C. Panagopoulos as they provide updates on estate,
trust and elder law with a focus on how to incorporate proper
stewardship in your estate plan, including updates on current
proposals under the Trump and Wolf administrations. Topics to be
addressed include (1) proper estate plans that maximize income
and death tax deductions, (2) proper planning for retirement
accounts, (3) creative use of charitable vehicles including trusts,
