ABOUT
Stacey is a founder and former managing member of BCGL. She is also a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Business & Corporate Law Department. She provides advice and guidance in many aspects of real estate law to commercial, industrial, municipal, and nonprofit clients. Her scope of services includes the development, acquisition, leasing, financing, construction, and sale of real estate.
Although Stacey works with clients at all stages of the development, she has particular expertise representing clients before planning, zoning, and municipal boards to obtain subdivision and land development approvals, special exceptions, variances, conditional uses, and other permits. When necessary, she assists clients with drafting municipal ordinance provisions, challenging the validity of municipal ordinances, and appealing decisions through the judicial process.
Stacey also works with individuals and businesses to facilitate the sale and transfer of Pennsylvania liquor licenses. She regularly works with the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board and provides guidance on various liquor license matters.
