ABOUT
Kole is an Associate at BCGL and a member of the Business Services Department. He works with companies and their owners on a broad range of matters, including organizational and governance issues, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, financing, succession planning, and general legal counseling related to the operation and growth of a business.
Before joining BCGL, Kole served as a research assistant for Penn State’s Center for Agricultural and Shale Law, a student clinician in the Arts, Sports and Entertainment Law Clinic, and an editor for the Penn State Journal of Law & International Affairs. During Law School, he also gained experience in private practice handling criminal defense matters.
Originally from northeast Ohio, Kole has been a Pennsylvania resident since 2021. He enjoys living in downtown Lancaster with his dog, Millie.
