ABOUT
Andy is a member of the Business Services and Financial Services Practice Groups at BCGL. He provides counsel and legal services to individuals, businesses, and financial institutions, primarily in matters relating to purchase and sale transactions, entity formation, documentation and maintenance, commercial and real estate financing (including swap, tax credit, mezzanine finance, and subordinated lending transactions), workout and creditors’ rights, and healthcare, and with a background in litigation, he continues to work proactively with clients and other BCGL attorneys in litigation and other matters personal to clients.
