Rory Connaughton a “Name to Know” for 2015 U.S. Women’s Open

On Saturday, June 14, 2014, Lancaster Online published its Top 10 List of “Names to Know for the 2015 Women’s Open.” BCGL Partner Rory Connaughton was recognized for his role in media relations as a member of the Women’s Open Executive Committee. Rory’s efforts on the Committee have helped to bring national attention to Lancaster County and the opportunities and unique environment our community has to offer. The Championship will be held at the Lancaster Country Club from July 9-12, 2015. The US Women’s Open is the most prestigious event in women’s golf and it is expected to attract over 100,000 spectators and provide Lancaster County with a positive economic impact of up to $30 million.

Tim Shawaryn Joins BCGL

BCGL is pleased to welcome attorney Timothy E. Shawaryn. Tim joins the firm as a partner and member of the Estate and Trust Planning and Business Services practice groups. Tim is a Lancaster County native and has been practicing law since 2000. He counsels clients in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, business succession planning and charitable gift planning. Tim's primary focus and passion is working with individuals and family-owned businesses to facilitate the transfer of family resources in ways that reflect and promote their faith and values.
