Please join BCGL at the Cork Factory on February 27, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. for its first Enterprise Institute session - "Structuring Relationships for Long Term Success."

Relationships among stakeholders may be the defining factor in the long term success of a business. From governance and succession to key employees, the manner in which relationships are structured and managed may propel a business forward or set the stage for failure.

BCGL partners Theodore L. Brubaker, Theresa A. Mongiovi and Rory O. Connaughton will offer practical advice and lead a discussion on governance, succession planning and employment relationships followed by cocktails and the opportunity to network with other business leaders.

RSVP by February 20 to Emily Forrey at emilyf@bcgl-law.com or 717-945-5745.

BCGL's GIV (Get Involved. Volunteer) Committee recently sponsored a holiday drive to collect coats for those in need.  The Committee collected nearly 50 coats from BCGL employees and other Urban Place businesses for donation to Lancaster Day Care Center, Grace Place and Water Street Rescue Mission.

The GIV Committee has also adopted a family from Penn Manor Cares for the holiday season. BCGL is helping to make sure that this family has a merry Christmas by donating much-needed gifts and items.

BCGL is very proud of the work the GIV Committee is doing to give back to the community.
