BCGL is proud to announce the promotion of Dana Panagopoulos of Lititz, Pennsylvania to partner. Panagopoulos is a life-long resident of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and has served as an attorney with the firm’s Trust, Estate and Elder law group since its founding in July 2012. As partner, she will be actively involved in guiding the future growth and direction of the firm.


“Dana’s expertise, insights and strong commitment to her clients has helped BCGL grow into the reputable and trusted firm that we are today,” said Stacey Brubaker, managing partner. “We are extremely excited to announce Dana as a partner and we’re looking forward to her increased engagement in guiding this firm to achieve even greater success in the future.”


In addition to serving as partner, Panagopoulos will also continue to serve clients as an attorney in the firm’s Trust, Estate and Elder law group where she focuses on serving as a counselor and litigator for a number of clients, including estate administrators, trustees, financial institutions, non-profit organizations, charities, and guardians to assist them in matters related to their role as a fiduciary or beneficiary. She also regularly assists clients with the development, implementation and administration of estates and estate plans and medical assistance planning.

Panagopoulos is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She earned her doctorate in law from Villanova University and her bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall. She is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, Lancaster County Estate Planning Council, American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Lancaster Bar Association, and serves as editor of the Lancaster Law Review. She also volunteers her time as a board member of the Manheim Township Educational Foundation, and as a member of the Stewardship Committee for the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church.
