A Message from BCGL About COVID-19

March 16, 2020
Dear Clients & Friends,

BCGL continues to monitor developments in the spread of COVID-19 and national and local strategies for containment of the virus. In these unprecedented times the health and safety of our clients, friends, and our team members and the ability to ensure that the needs of our clients are met are our top priorities.

To that end, as circumstances dictate, we have developed a firm wide plan that will enable us to avoid interruptions in service whether our team members are working at our office or from a remote location. Regardless of whether they are working remotely or at the office, our team will be able to meet your service needs.

We are also prepared to advise you on discrete issues related to the impact of COVID-19 including crisis management, human resources, business interruption issues, privacy and security issues, and contractual provisions implicated by the to COVID-19 response including force majeure clauses.

In keeping with the recommendations of the Commonwealth’s Department of Health and Human Services and the Center for Disease Control if you are scheduled to visit our office in the coming weeks, we ask that if you are not feeling well, have recently traveled to Europe, Asia or any other country where widespread transmission of illness caused by COVID-19 is ongoing, or have been in close contact with people who have traveled to these high risk areas please contact us and we will make arrangements to conduct the meeting by video conference or conference call.

We wish for the continued health and safety of all of our clients, friends and team members and look forward to working to meet your needs during this difficult time.

Sincerely,

Rory O. Connaughton
Managing Member
