BCGL Sponsors Veterans For Bus Trip to Washington D.C.

Oak Leaf Manor offered a special opportunity on October 8th, free of cost, for World War II veterans to travel by bus to the World War II memorial in Washington, D.C. BCGL's own Susan Garber and Melissa Funk volunteered to serve as guardians for two veterans out of the ten total individuals that BCGL had the honor of sponsoring.
This trip was designed by Oak Leaf Manor, a premier home care living community, to honor the bravery and sacrifice of those who fought so courageously during World War II. To learn more about Oak Leak Manor, please click here.
